Delivery and Returns
It is our aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible. All items will be delivered within 1-2 days depending on stock availability. In the unlikely event of supply difficulties, the customer will have the option to change their order to an alternative product or even cancel the order. If the customer wishes to cancel the order then a full refund will then be processed ASAP.
Offset CBD will not be held responsible for any cost or liability incurred by you as a result of a specific item not being available at a specific time.
Most UK postcode orders are sent same day if ordered before 1pm (Monday to Friday) by either Royal Mail or Courier delivery. Courier deliveries will be delivered on a 24hr next day service and will require a signature. A tracking number will not be provided with your order despatch notification, but can be requested for courier deliveries only. If you are unable to sign for the item the courier will leave a card for you to call to arrange another delivery day or collect from that local depot.
Postage & Packaging Costs (UK Mainland Only)
Depending on the weight of the order, your shipping cost will be shown at checkout, once you have entered your delivery address. If applicable, you’ll be able to choose from standard delivery or courier delivery.
Postage & Packaging Costs (International)
All orders outside the UK will be sent by courier and you will be charged depending on the weight of your items and the country. You shipping cost will be shown at checkout, once you have entered your delivery address. However we do not ship to some countries by default, so if no shipping options is shown, please contact us to arrange delivery.

Customs & Import Duties
If you order from outside the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, levied once the package reaches your country, which must be paid by you. Offset CBD has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country, you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the products. We will not be held responsible nor will we issue credit for items seized by the customs service of any country.

Items must be returned to us within 7 days of the receipt in their original condition, unused and unworn and in original packaging (where applicable) for an exchange or refund.
Items must returned by recorded delivery and the cost of delivery must be covered by you, unless the item is faulty, in which case we will cover the return delivery cost. If an exchange is required, however we will pay the postage to send the replacement item out to you.
Please include details of your order number, name, address, email address and telephone number with your returns package, along with details of the return reason and if you require an exchange, the size, flavour etc of the item required.
